"Over the past ten years of doing massages and energy work on people, I found that attachments to diseased relatives or loved ones have caused a lot of hip pain. I started asking each of my clients who came to mind when I would put pressure on the hip pain. One person responded that they lost a younger brother when they were a child, and one person had lost a spouse. You can ask yourself who the first person is that comes to mind that might have died in the family when the pain started. Then, work on releasing the attachment in the mind that is causing the pain. The attachment may be caused because you need to grieve over that person more, or there needs to be forgiveness.

Tools for honoring your Journey on Earth.
There are so many different tools available to us. It's up to us to search them out and then learn how to apply them. The most important and maybe the hardest part for some of us, is applying them. For example: tools for health are food and water. We may know that oranges can give us lots of vitamins and boost our immune system and clean out toxic waste, but do we eat them when in need? Or, do we take for granted the powerful medicine in the peel of the orange and toss it in the trash. If you are utilizing an orange as a tool, then you can eat it as medicine and then also boil the peel in water and drink it as a tea, or mix it with other herbs for tea. This is great for cholesterol and heart health among other healthy benefits!

Chapter One~ MESSAGES FROM MOTHER EARTH
Chapter One
₪ Messages from Mother Earth
“Here is my story from my heart to your heart, from my spirit to your spirit”.

I attended a vision quest ceremony in 2009, where I fasted for three days without food and water and slept as little as possible ( we are supposed to stay awake the entire time). My purpose to pray for a vision was to see what I needed to elaborate on in mu life, in the future. This was not the first time that I had practiced this kind of ceremony. I had completed my first vision quest about five years before.
My first vision quest lasted for one night and I was called back in the morning after sunrise. Before I went to be alone with the earth that night to pray, everyone who was present in the seven days of ceremonies cleansed off in the sacred lodge with the stone people and the water for cleansing.
Upon my return of the ceremony through the night, I went back inside of the lodge to cleanse again, and share my vision of I wanted with the elder who was conducting the ceremony. I had decided earlier that day to sit on a tree that had fallen over near a stream of water..........
We co-exist as one on this beautiful, planet earth, I know as our Mother Earth. She is plentiful, beautiful, and absolutely gentle and compassionate. In spite of that, we do not see her or treat her with the respect that she absolutely, undesirably deserves and needs now more than ever. The earth is pleading for us to pay attention to her, like a mother demanding her presence to be known to nurture her innocent children. She is patiently asking us in the upmost respect to listen and she will guide us on our journey here that we know as earth. I feel that it is imperitive that we start to listen to her now and begin seeking all that she has to share.
Humanity has poisoned the fluids (water and oil) in her body, we have ripped her veins (trees) into shreds over and over again and we trample on her and drench her with chemicals every day and we continue without hesitation. Many people keep wanting and needing more, yet many are so lost and feel so alone. There are many children and adults who are depressed and suicidal. The death, abuse, addictions and disease tolls are increasing each year including our babies and small children. There are many children, men and women on medications with life- long addictions and illnesses. I visited Pine Ridge, South Dakota a few years ago, and heard some of the elders talk about all of the killings through chemicals in the water and the land. I saw the flesh eating rot that was on a woman’s body before she healed herself with her plants in the garden. I went there to help build natural housing and assist with permaculture, which is all natural gardening and farming of the land. I went to a house to ask a family there if they were interested in natural housing, like earth ship homes from dirt and recycled tires and the children ran inside scared saying there was a white person there. I cried when I heard the story of how they have been trained in school for many years to run and hide because they have been massacred for so many years, even in my time
In 2008 I was traveling and heard about an Indian reservation where they shut off the electricity in severe cold weather even when there were children and elderly in wheelchairs in the homes. I witnessed the mold and torn in ceilings of the trailers that are on the reservations. The water is not safe to drink, even on my reservation where I am currently living in Pawnee, OK to assist with the community garden. The tap water is not safe to drink here and everyone knows it.
On a lot of reservations that I have visited over the years, there is a very high rate of suicide in teenagers and the drug and alcohol rates are very extreme. I had heard about Pine Ridge, SD being like a third world country and I do not believe that is an exaggeration. There are many churches and groups who may go assist there for a week or two, but what many of them need are permanent people and businesses that can help to make a real difference. The job rates are low on some reservations and in Pine Ridge, there is hardly any fresh produce and it is difficult to grow crops as the grasshoppers will eat the food as soon as it grows. You can drive through the reservation and see all of the dead trees, empty land and no grocery stores or health and rehab centers. They do have a new school and nearby there are huge painted signs to stay off of drugs.
Seeing all of these families and children living without electricity, no running water in the house, healthy foods, outside bathrooms, made me wonder where are all of our leaders? What are they doing and why can’t they help these children? Why do I see thousands of people traveling to other countries and we need just hundreds to help in places in this country? I believe in helping out other countries as we are all important, but why are the children of this country not on the news and receiving more assistance? This book and the profits of this book are for the children of mother earth starting with all of those left behind and forgotten.
Mother Earth says … you are not alone. I am here, right under your every step, right here every time you walk, drive, ride your bike, I am beneath you holding you up; I am carefully watching over you no matter what you do or say to me, because I love you unconditionally. I am the Earth Mother, I am your Mother and each and every one of you is my children. You are forgiven every day that you walk this Earth because I am here to cleanse you and wipe your tears and feed you food from my womb and give you water from my streams, from my very veins that run through and all over my body. You are never alone for I am always here. “Your brothers and sisters are the trees, you carry the same DNA. Just because you don’t look alike or move alike doesn’t mean you are not related. Your brothers and sisters are here to help to carry your spirit, to give you medicine when you are sick, to give your breath when you can’t breathe and help you when you feel like you can’t do it alone. Our time is running out, you can only help yourself and you have everything you need right where you are. You have the Earth right under your feet and you have the sky right above you and the waters all around you. You don’t have to give up; this is not a demand but a choice that you have to make. It is all up to you.

Crystal Gingras, (Pawnee name is Chapette Hetas which translates to Turtle Woman) started attending Ceremonies with her mother around the age of five years old. She started doing aura readings for people by seeing the colors and blocks in people’s energy field at the age of eight. Crystal also went to homes with her mother where people had spirits stuck in this earth plane and needed assistance crossing over into the spirit plane. She has traveled to see Amma from India as well as the Dalai Lama from Tibet. Crystal believes that guides, angels and helpers are the ones who do all of the work through us. Crystal was born in Wichita, KS May 18, 1980 when Mt. St. Helens erupted and is named after the healing crystals that are formed and live inside of the Mother Earth. Her Pawnee tribal name, Turtle Woman (Chapette Hetas) is named after the Mother Earth, since we call her Turtle Island.
Crystal’s passion and purpose in life is to assist others in fulfilling their destiny and coming into their own power to walk their own truth path. The truth path is the purpose of the soul’s journey here on Mother Earth.

Time Is Running Out Ch. 7 Continue to Grow....
One of my teachers was a Tai Chi instructor and he was unsympathetic! One by one, he had each of us come after him to choke him and on the way towards him he would place his hands together to build his chi (life force energy) and as we got near him he would direct his hands at us and knock us on the ground. He continued to do this practice to every student there. Then, one of the Spiritual teachers there from Texas gets up and decides to test his chi level with him (this teacher was very intuitive and was able to move objects and communicate with the spirit world and I stayed with him and his wife during my summer school breaks to learn more). My teacher had put his hands around this man’s neck and was squeezing with all his might and I remember both of their faces were turning red and I remember someone had to stop them from killing each other! To me, that was an experience of ego and trying to be more powerful than someone else and show off. I can still remember feeling confused and embarrassed by the whole situation.
I also wonder if some spirits don’t like you to curse because for one, recently one of my friends that talks to spirits frequently tells me that they get nervous when I cuss. As a teenager, at the Spiritual Camp that I attended, one of the guys there was walking in front of the church cursing and this spirit like flew right out of those brick walls and knocked him right off his feet! We all immediately knew why! He saw the spirit fly right out of the stones on the church wall and knock him down. I spent a good three summers there at least and I was honored that they ...........

Time Is Runninng out..Chapter 12 CEREMONIES FOR HEALING
Another ceremony that I have learned is the Blessing the Water ceremony. There are many, many, many, different ways to bless the water and I will share this simple, yet powerful one that each of you can practice and share with others. First of all, blessing the water each time before you drink will connect you with the water that is all around you and inside of you. You simply rub your hands together a bit to build up a little energy and then place your hands over your water for about five or ten seconds. You may wish to think love or balance, peace or health while blessing your water. If you are at home or alone, then you can say this out loud. The actual vibration of your voice saying that word will help to infuse the water with what you say. I want to share some facts about water in great detail for those of you who do not understand the importance, or maybe you can just learn some fun facts! “Water is the most important substance we consume. We are mostly water: A woman’s body is 55 to 65 percent water, a man’s 65 to 75 percent. Our blood is 83 percent water. Even our bones are 25 percent water. In our bodies, water makes food digestion possible. It carries hormones, nutrients, and disease-fighting cells to and from body organs. Water makes it possible for wastes to leave our bodies through urine, feces, skin, and lungs.
All this can be accomplished with about two and a half to three quarts of water a day. Take away this water and the chemical processes of life soon break down and stop.
We are conscious only of the water we use directly. Drinking and cooking account for two gallons a day. In the average American home, each person uses an additional eighty-five gallons daily: twenty-four for flushing toilets, thirty-two for bathing, dishwashing, and laundry, and twenty-five for such as gardens, lawns, car washing, and swimming pools.
The total-eighty-seven gallons a day for each person-is an estimate. Other assessments put the average consumption in America much higher, up to 175 gallons a day.
Scarcity of water has long been a fact of life for westerners. It has resulted in water laws that are different from those in the East, and in the building of huge dams and other projects for storing and moving water. Conditions in the arid West are dramatically different from those in water-rich areas. Yet both Nevada (with nine inches of rain annually) and New Jersey (with forty-five inches) face water supply problems.
Water-rich or water-poor, people all over the United States can no longer take dependable supplies of clean water for granted”.
Each time that you practice this Blessing Water Ceremony, you are also Blessing and aligning yourself. This can be practiced in a body of water outside, in the shower, in the bath, or with a bowl of water in front of you. First, you take three to five deep breaths and cleanse your energy and relax the mind. Next, face your right palm upwards and say, this left hand represents the grandmother water spirits. Then, face your right palm up and say this right hand represents the grandfather water spirits. After you say both out loud, scoop up a handful of water and say I now thank and bless the grandmother and grandfather water spirits and connect you both together in peace and balance. If you would like to add a special blessing for yourself, then scoop a second cup of water in your palms and ask for special blessings from the grandmother and grandfather water spirits of life. When you are finished make sure that you give thanks to the water and the ceremony and for all things in your day that you had to give thanks for.

Releasing Attachments
Releasing-crying, laughing, breathing, yelling……
The simple fact is, is that we all ecompass our own perception of what this world is about and wjhat the world has been in the past and what its "supposed" to be like. From the day we are born we start forming attachments with our parents, family, relatives and friends. Even when we are in the womb we are forming familiarities with voices, sounds, vibrations and energies of those that are around us…just as we are forming our tastes-buds, our likes and dislikes by what our mothers are eating and ingesting. We are also imprinting their emotions and vibrations, their anger and their love. Some people call these connection cords or strings. There is the energy cords, the string theory, there are books and books and public and motivational speakers out there that talk about these cords and attachments even down to the years that it takes for them to dissipate on their own. People talk about how kissing someone on the lips can take about 3 years to fade away and sexual intercourse takes about 7 years. There are different healers, cultures, scientists and the sort that all agree on a certain time limit that most of these have an effect on the physical and spiritual body.

Forward of My Book.
I awoke early this morning and breathed in the beginning of new life; of new wonder; new happiness and the deepest peace. Joyously I called South Dakota, I called Utah, and I called friends everywhere and shared the new day with them and reminded them to share with themselves and with others. I shared how we are coming back into balance with each other; with the Earth; the seasons and the four directions. I could understand how the elements were out of balance because we (humans) were out of balance. It always seems to make sense what’s going on in the world when we look at how we are all treating ourselves and each other. Finding a balance is what is key and that’s what I want to share with you through my eyes, with the work I have accomplished through my hands and all of my life including: ceremonies, classes, workshops, courses, travels, public and federal schooling and over 20 years of experience working with myself and others for growth, wisdom and healing. I decided that I wanted to write and publish a book to share with the world at this time so that if someone needed to hear what I had to share that they would find this book through someone, some way for their highest good. I believe that I learned the lesson of helping too much when someone did not need my help, or perhaps were not ready for my help and that in writing and sharing this book with the world, the people that are ready to listen to what I have to share will be able to listen and the people that are not ready to listen will not have to listen, or can take as much time as needed by reading and re-reading if necessary. The title of this book changed a few years ago when I decided that it was better to share the positive stories with the world and that I did not have to share all of the suffering in great detail, because the people that would be drawn to this book mostly have already experienced suffering or at least have some degree in experience and or knowledge. I myself had written a whole chapter about the suffering that I went through growing up here on Earth and I decided that I would not explain in great detail. I sometimes have my clients ask me if I have ever experienced great suffering after they share with me some suffering that they have experienced and sometimes I will share a similar story with them. Often times people will say that they cannot tell that I have experienced what I have gone through have known me since I was a small child and I believe that is the amount of time that I have spent with forgiveness, which I talk about in detail throughout the book as forgiveness is key for many forms of healing. When I changed the title to my book, it was very clear to me that time was running out to start sharing everything that I have to share with the world. The signs started showing up closer and closer together and when I receive messages in threes, I understand that it is time to listen. Often, Creator will send me the same message three times form 3 different people and when I hear something three times within one month time span, I know it’s time to listen. This time it was in only a few short weeks when three people that I spoke with asked me if I had written a book and was very interested in reading it. The message that came along with that was, “What are you waiting for?” “Time is running out.” So, I decided that needed to be the name of this book and for the past few months I have been working on writing these words to share in my head and on my laptop. When I say time is running out, that doesn’t mean that your physical body is going to die soon, or all of the people on Mother Earth are going to die soon, it simply means that changes are occurring at a rapid rate, and for a person who is “enlightened” or a “saint” or a spiritual person I would say that time is Running Out Again. The purpose of this book is for beginners or even intermediates that are following their inner voice or their higher being of light. I am by no means an enlightened person or a saint. I am simply here to share my story with the world; my story that I hope and believe will help millions to reach their goals in their lifetime. I want to thank my grandfather, Chief Shunatona, who passed away when I was one years old, but watches over me closely and reminds me to smile and laugh freely with a huge open heart, my mother and my father, all of my teachers and friends and all of my guides, helpers, protectors and most of all I want to thank Mother Earth for supporting all of us here and the Creator for putting us all here with each other for love and support. Life is truly a Blessing and I appreciate all of its beauty. I am forever grateful.

Time Is Running Out
I am writing my first book! It is almost complete and the Journey has been amazing!!! When I was in Guatemala in 2007 I had a dream about 10-10 and so I wanted my book to be finished by then, and out of that lesson I learned that you could break agreements!!! Break agreements with anything!!! It's sooooo freeing. Becoming freeing is so amazing. It truely is the Journey there that IS. When you actually understand that, that means that you are living in the moment!!! So, I am dedicating this blog to a beautiful, smart, sensitive woman that I met in Guatemala and she suggested that I start blogging, so about three years later, here I AM!!!! I have since traveled to Egypt, then around the states in South Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico and some other states figuring out my life, my self, working through self-love and self-actualization and other great things here on Mother Earth that we need to learn, honor and respect about ourselves, each-other and last but not least, Mother Earth for providing this vast beautiful but small place we call home, Planet Earth. So.... this is the basic foundation of my book and I AM willing to share a bit more if you are interested or stay tuned!!!!! Yeah!!! :-).
